Can I cancel an order?

Since most Kozy Homes furniture products such as office chairs, sofas, beds, and custom furniture are manufactured or prepared specifically after receiving an order, cancellations are generally not permitted once the order is confirmed.

In case of any exceptional circumstances, you may contact our customer care team and they will assist you in the best possible way.

For orders placed with partial payment or advance payment, the advance amount may be treated as cancellation charges and may not be refundable.


How do I initiate a return process?

Returns are applicable only if the product is damaged during transit or received in a defective condition and cannot be repaired at the delivery location.

Who pays for the shipping if I send the item back?

Kozy Homes may arrange reverse pickup services in selected locations, where our logistics partners will collect the product from your address. Reverse pickup services may be chargeable depending on the location.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be requested to ship the product yourself using a trackable courier service such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, or similar providers.

Once the return request is approved, our support team will guide you regarding the return shipment process.


What is the return notice period?

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

Customers must inform Kozy Homes within 48 hours of delivery if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please avoid accepting any delivery where the outer packaging appears severely damaged or tampered with, except for minor transit wear that does not affect the product inside.

Refunds or replacements will be provided only if the product cannot be repaired or replaced with the same item.


Are there any conditions for returning a product?

The following conditions must be met for returns:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
• The product should be returned in its original packaging
• All labels, tags, and serial numbers must remain intact and readable
• The product must not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration caused after delivery
